Watercolor Workshop: Capturing Light Through a Woodland Trail - Recorded Workshp
Have you ever walked through the woods and felt that beautiful light shining down on you through the trees? Surrounded by the beautiful greens and fresh spring yellows?
Join Charlotte Hamilton in capturing that light in a watercolor workshop. Charlotte will teach students a step by step approach using just a paint brush, watercolors and some watercolor paper.
The class will warm up with some quick sketches before Charlotte shows participants how to layer their watercolors to create a beautiful woodland scene.
Suggested Materials:
Watercolors. Any set will do.
Paint brushes: Round size 6, 4 and any others you usually use.
Watercolor paper. Charlotte will be using a 9x12 sheet of Canson XL coldpress watercolor paper.
A sketchbook for the quick preliminary exercises, or any loose paper you have.
