In this workshop, mixed media artist Ashley Blanton (@faint.as.fog) will teach you how to make a three-dimensional, layered tunnel book out of paper. We will also explore how the diorama-like nature of this format can serve as a container for expressing inner experience, personal narrative, and memory.

Suggested materials:
- Multiple sheets of sturdy paper such as card stock, watercolor paper, or Bristol board. A pack of index cards may also be used.
- Ruler
-Pencil and eraser
-X-acto knife
-Glue
-Art materials of your choice to use on paper (such as markers, colored pencils, crayons, watercolor, collage materials, etc.)
-A sketchbook or notebook for journaling and brainstorming
