Colorful Streetscapes in Acrylic Gouache with Sarah Laree
Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 6pm EST
In this workshop, you will learn to swap realistic colors for bright hues. Sarah Laree will demonstrate her style of painting colorful streetscapes in a unique palette. Sarah will show you her process of setting up a palette, mixing colors, planning color for an illustration and more acrylic gouache techniques. She will also share some paintings from her sketchbook, and process of illustrating from travel photos. You can paint along with her photo example or choose your own.
Suggested Materials

Ruler or straight edge to tear paper
Brushes: 4 Round, 2 Round, 1/4” Bright - if you don’t have these, any brush you have on hand will do :)
