THINGS TO NOTE:
SIZE: The books may appear smaller than pervious years. This is because we now shoot it with one camera. So we removed the ‘gutter gap’ issue. We can not make your book bigger in order to keep it within the same perimeters.
DARKNESS: Before you message us about darkness, please adjust your screen to it’s highest brightness. The page is naturally dark with the black background. Lighting your screen will help this dramatically.
BOOK MISSING/ PAGES MISSING: We shoot every book by hand! Since we are just humans, we sometimes make a mistake when photographing over 50,000 spreads of artwork. Just let us know, we are happy to help!
